WITH their back-heel tricks and ability to slow a game down in an instant, these footballing ‘Pele-phants’ are in love with the beautiful game. The orphan elephants play football as part of their playtime at a specialist nursery in Nairobi, Kenya. And some are now even to perform minor tricks with the ball, according to Julius Letoiya, staff keeper at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust facility.
