openhousenewyork Educates on New York City Architecture & Design

openhousenewyork (OHNY) is a grassroots nonprofit organization founded in 2001 that promotes awareness and education about New York City architecture. The 9th Annual openhousenewyork Weekend takes place October 15 and 16, 2011 and “will once again unlock the city, allowing New Yorkers and tourists alike free access hundreds of sites talks, tours, performances and family activities in neighborhoods throughout the five boroughs”.
