they’re certainly not as good as yours or a lot of others. anyhoo, although i was not one of the lucky ones who actually saw the torch, it was an exciting event, especially with your play by play tweets.

Thanks for the great pics of the relay yesterday. I was watching the relay on CNN and have to say it was one of the most bizarre things I have seen in a long time. Not sure why they didnt just cancel the whole thing. The way they pulled it off basically defeated the whole concept of the relay in my opinion.

Is nice to see some great coverage of the event from ground level.

John Hell - Most news agencies seem to be reporting no arrests were made. However, I myself saw two pro-Tibetan supporters cuffed and taken away by the ballpark (picture of one here). I didn't see any pro-Chinese supporters arrested. Not sure why. They were both doing the exact same things.

I am all for the right to protest peacefully… key word being peacefully. Some of these protestors should consider checking out a site that they can get their message across online… like iProtest maybe.

Cousin Bruce is on the Golden Gate Bridge right now, after police lied to would-be protesters, saying the flame was not going to pass there after all, and then raising a barrier to the bridge.

Where can I find video of the bridge?
