Adding to Thor's comment, I can't recommend Noona highly enough. I called her when we were just sorta screwed (a couple thousand packages to ship with almost no system in place) because I knew she'd improvise something. Turns out she improvised a whole company.

Of all the startups I've seen in the past few years Noonaco, in all of it's low tech glory, is one of the few that I *know* will succeed. Noona found a problem, solved it, and left a trail of smiling faces singing her praises.

Noona saved our asses when we were doing Valleyschwag. She has a fundamental talent for operations and everything it takes to get stuff shipped reliably both in the US and internationally. She's also a ton of fun!
