Having recently moved to Texas myself the ubiquity of the state was so staggering that I started to document the multifarious effigies of the state. Then I discovered this wonderful book "The Shape of Texas: Maps As Metaphors" http://j.mp/texasshape

Magnolia Cafe, how I love thee. For so many reasons. But perhaps for Mag Mud most of all...

Take one large cereal bowl, add a scoopful of delicious black beans, cover with spicy, salsa-y goodness and a few slices of avocado. Then, THEN... ladle on scoopfuls of warm, wonderous queso from the gods.

Dip your crisp tortilla chip in to shovel this divine treat to your lips. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

San Francisco's got nothing like it.

I think that's a truck stop.
Hence the 24 hr brekkies....
It also might be fantastic...
Fantastic food is the heart and lifeblood of an industry that caters to truckers...
