Mooninite Device Installers Apologize For Scaring Boston

OMG WTF LEDs!

Peter Berdovsky and Sean Stevens, the guerrilla marketing team who installed the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Mooninite promotional LED devices around Boston in January causing widespread panic, have made public apologies during a court appearance after serving a total of 140 hours of community service. They were charged with placing hoax devices and disorderly conduct. Massachusetts has dropped charges and will not proceed with the prosecution.

“I deeply regret that this incident caused such anguish and disruption to so many people,” Berdovsky said in Charlestown District Court.
