Mix 06

I’ve been invited to attend Mix 06 next week in Las Vegas (March 20-22). Mix 06 is conference organized by Microsoft which they describe as a “A 72-hour conversation between developers, designers and business professionals to explore high-fidelity commerce, content, media, services and security”. They are reaching out to the open source and web development communities with this event and the keynote should be pretty intresting, since it features Bill Gates and Tim O’Reilly. I’m curious to see how this event comares to all of the other web confernces I’ve been going to. I’ll be uploading photos from the confrence on Monday/Tuesday.

UPDATE: Unfortunately due to some unexpected circumstances, I was not able to attend Mix 06.
