Sounded terrific, so i checked it out the following year. I can't say that what they served tasted "bad", it just didn't taste very much like something from the Mission. A bit like getting soy milk when you expect something from a cow, the meal might have been tastier if not for the name! It was the Rosarita-canned-beans flavour that did it in, though ... but I'll be back in Berlin this June, and (in between gorging on currywurst and döner) give Dolores another try. Not that new, actually – DW reported on this joint in ‘05, and I mentioned it in a burrito-themed podcast.

I always thought that a place like this would be a natural for my people in Berlin. When I came up with this idea in 1989 I wanted it to be called Hans Gonzales.
