This is OBVIOUSLY not alcohol induced. I feel sorry for the guy, that’s a bad scene to get yourself in.

But, this happened in Florida, as I’m sure you could guess.

That reminds me of a few stories I have read about people that have smoked salvia. it looks like he is fighting against being pulled down. not that he is simply dizzy or drunk (because then he would fall in all directions). In this case, he always seems to be falling back, almost like he is being pulled.

thats what I think anyway, and it seems more likely that some of the other comments up here.

I suspect ketamine, or more likely, alcohol with ketamine which will get you as messy as that. However, once you get that dizzy mixing K + booze, the fountainworks start, getting you _really_ sloppy.

I threw my hands up after 30 Google seconds, but I recently-ish read an article about a woman who has a neurological disorder that causes people to believe she is drunk. For that reason she has stopped even having any alcohol in public. The disorder is degenerative and incurable.

Like William #5, the guy doesn’t look drunk to me at all.
