Lovesick: The Cat Allergy Musical

Lovesick: The Cat Allergy Musical opened last weekend to sold-out audiences at The Darkroom in San Francisco. The run continues three more weekends through Saturday, July 30th, so there’s still plenty of time to see this wonderful little slice of local theater. Lovesick is written by Pamela Holm and directed by Denzil Meyers, staring Steffanos X and Margery Bailey, with music by Jim Fourniadis.

One woman’s search for love is thwarted at every turn by her mangy cat who runs off her suitors with his innate ability to disgust, torment and charm. In her frantic quest for happiness Serenity turns to the internet, self-help books, and plenty of over the counter allergy meds, until finally she is forced to take more drastic measures…

All set to original songs that will leave you tapping your toes and howling with laughter.
