Lost Wallet Found and Returned To Owner After 40 Years

77 year-old Rudolph R. Resta lost his wallet in 1971 at the old headquarters of The New York Times. It was recently found and returned to him by José Cisneros, a security guard who works at the building.

The wallet is like a mini time capsule containing items inside that were untouched for 40 years.
