Yes. That’s a sketch from the spanish TV show Cruz Y Raya.Com. It’s Cruz Y Raya’s show, a spanish couple of comedians in the tradition of Martes Y Trece or Los Morancos. They used to be good in ridicolous humor (here you can see another example of them parodying Lord Of The Rings http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-f-lhMYXrCc), though to somebody they could result a bit charging sometimes. They splitted in 2007.

Pretty wild find! Homer sounds like the equivalent of the Telemundo movie guy (as in, does loads of voice-over for adverts).
