You might not know me, though I've helped build you up though the years -- building servers, offering support information, tuning Apache, MySQL, PHP, whatever it may be -- I've learned as much from the internals of your infrastructure as I'm sure you have! I'm but one of the 50 or so Rackers who have worked on your servers, I'm certain, but I assure you that we've learned just as much as have you from hosting large-scale web solutions. I certainly hope you continue to host with Rackspace Hosting for another 10 years, and if you have any issues throughout your tenure with my company, please contact me directly and issues will be resolved in the most timely manner as you've come to expect from our service.
