So this guy Kevin Corazza in Chicago stole some photos belonging to my friend and excellent photographer Kris Krug (theg were all under a Creative Commons license), added them to his Flickr account and then claimed that they were his own. Of course Kris blogged about it, as would most bloggers in this situation. Kevin didn’t like the fact that after Kris blogged it, when people did a search for “Kevin Corazza”, Kris’ post came up high in the results. So what did he do? He tried to sue Kris. Hilarious.
Of course both his Flickr account and website are now both offline. On top of that, the story has been dugg, as well as blogged by dozens of people.
