Josh Lobster is a forthcoming graphic novel written by Chris Reilly and illustrated by Devon Devereaux that follows the story of the titular protagonist as he sets out to solve mysteries on a small island in New England. Devereaux is currently seeking funding via a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign following the recent death of Reilly, an Ignatz and Harvey Award-nominated comics writer.
Unfortunately Chris passed away suddenly on June 10, 2014 right as I was completing the art for the first issue. I wasn’t sure what to do but I know Chris would have wanted folks to see his final story.
