Took me less than that to find the bunker. The hole was indeed the dead giveaway and never should have made it on air. I didn't go looking for the entrance but a quick search of the net revealed the blueprints for the bunker which would tell you exactly where to look. Battery Townsley would be a much safer place to go screwing around guys. Of course if the entrance is not yet covered by the district you would need to get very high in the park.

The show is super-cheezy but fun. I'm more familiar with the Nike stuff than the bunkers, but even so I'm pretty sure which bunker it was. The give-away was peeking out the hole to see the non-infiltrating visitors.

Battery Townsley is similar and open to the public on the 2nd Sunday of each month. http://www.parksconservancy.org/calendar/index.asp?event=660

Did anyone find a 15 year old blue-black sweater or the Mummified critter? It was accompanied by a mix tape circa 1994…

Is there anyway to find the bunker that doesn't involve looking all over the Presidio and headlands? I tried to see if I could tell where it was by watching the show, I have my guesses but nothing solid...

We found a place to watch it. Wait till you see how we got them up there. Too funny. The best part is how Dave and I kept trying to fuck with them. I'm sure that won't make it on the final cut though.

It's actually a great lesson in the production and "spontaneity" of reality TV. They do take after take of the same scene. They made John Law do and say the same thing over and over. And all the while the host had this intensely interested look upon his face.

I really couldn't tell if he was sincere, or just paid to look that way.

After the shoot, which kept us underground for over three hours (sorry again to a very pregnant Simone (congrats btw, I just heard the great news), and Katy Bell), we went to dinner, at a great Richmond Dist steak house, that at this time i cannot recall. The crew was great, as was the host. We had a lot of fun chatting it up with these guys, who appeared to be just as surprised as the rest of us that people watch this tripe.

Anyway, enjoy.

Yeah, that was a fun, and very silly day. Does anyone have access to the History Channel? Neither John, myself, Katy Bell, or Dave and Simone watch much TV, and therefore do not have cable service.

Let us know if you can host.

mrjohnhell@yahoo.com.

Thanks.

As far as I know the times are local, but you should check your local listings just to be sure.
