John Cleese and Eric Idle of the legendary Monty Python made fun of the ubiquitous trend of taking digital self-portraits with a witty new song entitled “Fuck Selfies“, which they performed live for Conan O’Brien. Cleese and Idle are currently touring North America together and discovering, amongst other things, that fans are not easily separated from their smartphones, especially when meeting the performers.
Eric & John are fed up with stupid selfies, so Eric wrote a song to register their disgust.
