CityArts Factory in Orlando, Florida is hosting the It’s Alive Project where 80 artists from around the world have re-imagined “Life Size Boris Karloff Frankenstein Busts”. Proceeds from the sale of the busts go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital which finds cures and saves children with pediatric cancer. CityArts Factory will have the busts on display and available for purchase from October 20 through November 15, 2011.
Each of the 80 artists have been asked to recreate the monster in their own vision, style and hand. You will be amazed and frightened by what can happen when these talented artists unleash their creative monsters on this unique and terrifying project. See creations from some of the top local artists as well as a few Professional Monster Makers from across the country.
