ICEHOTEL, the world’s largest hotel made of ice, is built every winter near a small town in Northern Sweden, some 100 miles north of the Arctic Circle. The 59,000 square foot, 65 room hotel is also an art project—each year, artists from around the world are invited to design the hotel’s interior and embellish the structure with ice art. Reservations for the hotel can be made online through April, when the hotel melts.
