The only thing I changed was that I found a nail polish (used for french tips) that was close to my normal tooth color, and painted over the fang. The acrylic was a little too yellow and I wanted it to look even more realistic! It smells awful and do NOT touch it with your tongue cos it tastes pretty awful too.... but all in all, it worked pretty nicely. It's pretty much impossible to get them shaped properly right from the get go, so you need something to file them down. I didn't have a dremel or motorized nail file, so I just used to lovely emery board that came with the acrylic. It's taken me quite some time, but I've ALMOST got them finished--- just need to make them a little narrower, but they look great. You can skip the impression and use the Nail Acrylic on your actual tooth. It is basically the same stuff we used to make temporaries in the mouth back in the day. This is an old technique called "Block Carving". It will not "poison" you. It just taste bad if you get it on your tongue. Mix the powder and liquid until it is doughy, not sticky. Roll into a little ball. Shape the ball around your tooth. Use your fingers to mold it around your gums and hold it as it begins to set. It will start to get very warm the closer it is to setting. Remove before it is set completely. Dip into a small container of water and put back on tooth. Do this "Quickly, Repeatedly" until it is cooled and set completely. You can use a cheap motorized nail file to shape. If you are really broke but have the time you can use a regular nail file just be prepared to put in work. If you have a problem getting them to stay on you can buy Dental temp cement from the Pharmacy section at any store, or if you dont wanna spend the $ use a little toothpaste or Vaseline.
