Over the last year our friend Joe Mangrum has created over 160 beautiful sand paintings around New York City. He recently setup a Kickstarter project to raise money for equipment upgrades to help take his art to the next level.
The purpose of this fundraising effort is to take my work up a notch and buy the equipment I need to diversify my work and let my imagination run wild with the same stream of consciousness used to create my one of a kind sand works in the street. It will bring a whole new dimension to my work and give me tools I need to explore new mediums and create work like you have never seen before.
