Wow.. obviously they do not know Gods heart. God loves everyone no matter what….. He loves gay people…. He loves EVERYONE ….He came down on the cross and died for our sins so that we can go to heaven and not be doomed to hell….. Churches who talk like this church are all hypocrites they have no idea who god is or what he is about…. They need to do their research because no where in the bible does it say that he hates gay people…. He doesnt like their sin… But we are all sinners…. Please do your research and dont call yourself a church unless you know what your talking about

Now, see, the Old Testament God used to really love signs. There's nothing like a nice burning bush or pillar of flame, I tell you. But those were the old days.

I have spoken with God or rather “I Am” as he likes to be known to his friends. And he says that while he strongly dislikes signs, he by no means “hates” them.
Also, he wanted me to mention that he does have this one really good, gay friend, so, he's not really so uptight as people think.
However, he still gets kinda touchy about this whole people working on The Sabbath thing.
He thought he was pretty clear about that.

Eww. They even have child-sized signs so they can drag their children to these things. That kid is going to need some serious therapy when he grows up. Or maybe he just gets assimilated into their collective.

I do hate certain types of signs. Not all signs, but definitely the signs being held by my so-called “followers.” To be honest (and I always am), it's a bit irksome when my children claim to know what I like and don't like. Sure, you can guess based on all the books that have been written about me (although, i certainly didn't write any of them… my grammar and spelling are awful. Thank Me for spell check! ROFL), but I assure you… I'm not as transparent as come people think. Life is about the gray areas. I enjoyed talking to Erisis about this, for example. He took the trouble to ask.

Anyway, I don't want to go off on a rant here. In brief, live and let live, gang!

Peace out,
G

You don't need Bible to tell you what is good and what is evil. Morality is deeply ingrained in the human brain. As Steven Weinberg, the famous physicist said, with or without religion, good people would do good things and evil people would do evil things. Hate is evil, hurting others is evil, pretty much everything else is good!

Good work! Next time, bring a sign that says, “God Hates Picket-Sign-Olatry”…that’ll surely open their eyes…
Now, a bit of a tirade…
The Bible is Bronze Age myth, full of pseudo-history and tyrannical “ethics”. If there is a deity, Its revelation is the constant laws of nature, Science, not the haphazard, inconsistent, barbarous, clearly fabricated fairy-tales of the Bible, Koran, Vedas etc!
The predilection towards truly ethical, humane behavior is found within each of us, but is subverted by the evils commanded by wrathful ancient deities such as Father-Son-Ghost, Allah, and Karl Marx whose cults, if not for the backing of greedy political regimes, would have faded into history!
Remember Servetus, who was deemed a heretic and killed by John Calvin for insisting that the trinity is tritheism! If Westboro ever succeeds in their aims, the same fate will face all those who dare defy them and their bloody three-headed idol! Religion creates fanatical zealots who lust for human blood in order to appease their humanoid god(s)! Choose to reject the voluminous, filthy, fantastical, and unscientific scriptures of the revealed religions and the world will be a better place.
God gave us reason, not religion!

*I mentioned Karl Marx above since ideologies such as Marxist-Lenin-Stalin-Maoism are, in essence, religions which demand full obedience from followers.

Hey, this whole Westboro Baptist thing is REALLY stupid. And why the hell are they calling themselves “baptists” anyways? Makes it sound like its the church that’s doing this.

Anyways, what the westboro hate group is doing is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. All the hate group wants is money to spread more hate. What’s the point?

So what if they spread hate? Does it matter? The damn group is just wasting their time, having fun with their little posts of “I hate fags” and whatnot. THEY HAVE NO LIVES!

Ok, so these guys are from Topeka Kansas, I grew up about 30 minutes away in Lawrence which is a super liberal town, with lots of gays and lezbos, and I encountered these people on a monthly basis for most of my life until I moved to college. These are some of the most mentally clusterfucked people. Their leader, Fred Phelps (no relation to Micheal Phelps, so don’t hate him more) is actually a closet homosexeual. My mom lived in the same neighborhood as him and she would always see him wearing hot pink running shorts and hanging out with a bunch of questionable dudes. This was in the late 70’s before he started the church.

So I feel sorry for him not being able to enjoy his true feelings, and for the children being raised in that environment.

The BBC made a good documentary about them called “The Most Hated Family in America.” check it out.

Anyone who assumes that all Christians are like this has bad logic.

From my sources (such as “Addicted to Hate”, a PDF documentary available on the web), WBC believes that the human race is divided sharply and irreversibly between the damned (pretty much everyone EXCEPT them) and the chosen (pretty much them). WBC believes in Double Predestination, essentially.

And thus, I wonder why they picket whenever they feel like against whoever or whatever they feel like when they believe that we’re damned. They also don’t care what anyone else says.

To be blunt, they’re fools according to Proverbs 12:15.

“The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.”
