Glenn Frey, the award-winning songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, keyboardist and co-founder of the classic rock band The Eagles, passed away surrounded by friends and family on January 18, 2016 due to complications from rheumatoid arthritis, acute ulcerative colitis and pneumonia at the age of 67.
