Giant Inflatable Red Ball Breaks Free From Its Exhibition Location and Rolls Down a Windy Toledo, Ohio Street

A giant 15 foot inflatable ball from Kurt Perschke‘s touring Redball Project broke loose from its exhibition location and ran free down the very windy streets of Toledo, Ohio before it was finally caught. Perschke told ABC News that this had never happened before.

In the 10 years of this installation, nothing like this has never happened. We’re just glad no one was hurt. It’s a huge soft ball that doesn’t crush things. However like a boat with lots of sail and no rudder, it can really move in high winds
