‘Game of Thrones’ Opening Sequence Brilliantly Recreated in the Style of Saul Bass

German designer Milan Vuckovic imitated the style of famous graphic designer Saul Bass to create an alternate opening sequence for HBO’s Game of Thrones. Saul Bass created some of the most iconic opening credit sequences and posters in the history of film, working with filmmakers like Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick, and Martin Scorsese. Last year Bass was honored with an elaborate Google Doodle on what would have been his 93rd birthday.

Artist Fernando Reza took a similar approach last year when creating a series of Game of Thrones posters done in the style of Bass.
