Funny Or Die is a comedy video website created by Gary Sanchez Productions (Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy), with Silicon Valley funding (they just raised $15 million). By far the most popular video (over 50 million views) on Funny or Die is “The Landlord”, where Will Ferrell has close call with his landlord Pearl.

Also check out “The Landlord: Criterion Edition”, where Will Ferrell and Adam McKay provide behind-the-scenes commentary on the video.

An then there’s follow-up video “Good Cop, Baby Cop” where Will meets his match.
