It's fun to play the martyr, and important to resist the abuses of government – but let’s get serious. He has no case. It is illegal to withhold evidence of a crime (regardless of the ethics behind the crime). Furthermore, he completely undermined his stated principles by offering to screen the tape for the judge. This is a publicity stunt, which IS beneath any true anarchist. The misguided ideology of youth amplified by commitment...is there anything more tedious? Fight the power, but cut this guy loose.
