Creative Commons is hosting their first CC Salon this Wednesday, March 8th at Shine in San Francisco. It will feature Wagner James Au of Second Life, Josh Kinberg of FireAnt and Eddie Codel of Geek Entertainment TV, with music by Minus Kelvin. More info on the wiki.

In the spirit of gatherings organized by groups like Remix Reading, Dorkbot, and Copynight, CC Salon will be a casual affair focused on conversation and community-building open to anyone interested in art, technology, education, and copyright.

How fitting an address for an event that will attract the “leet” in the community. A Mission of Leet, if you will. Now to reboot my BBC Micro.
