FiftyThree, the company behind the Paper drawing app for iPad and the carpenter pencil-shaped Bluetooth stylus Pencil, has announced surface pressure, a new feature for Pencil that will allow users to vary line width depending on the angle of the stylus much like an actual pencil. The new feature will become available this fall with the release of iOS 8.
