Excuse by The Ettes, is probably the best low budget music video (that should have been a very high budget one) complete with an apologetic intro by director Tom Scharpling (a wonderful cameo part played by comedian Patton Oswalt), green screens, fantasy storyboards and plenty of opportunities to use your imagination. 81 million dollars would have went far in fleshing out this video that had planned to “make Avatar look like The Breakfast Club“. Alas, Scharpling spent that money on some “personal items”.
