Drones Autonomously Assemble a Rope Bridge That Supports Adult Humans

A team at ETH Zürich has developed drones capable of autonomously assembling a rope bridge strong enough to support adult humans. The team was made up of researchers in multiple fields to control the drones flight, coordination, and the bridge materials themselves.
