Pejac, the talented Spanish artist who makes amazing illusory street art, sculptures, and paintings that combine elements of minimalist fantasy with realism has created “Downside Up“. Consisting of four different East London locations, the project is fascinating series of outdoor installations consisting of hanging sneakers that were turned to face upwards, while the rest of the world remains as it was.

For my first ever London public intervention I thought of doing something very high end. ‘Downside Up’ is a series of 4 installations made in East London (E2).
