I remember the Doggie Diner (Webster Street) when I was in the Navy stationed on the USS Kansas City (AOR 3) out of Naval Air Station Alameda, California 1981-83. I refuged to eat at a place with a picture of a dog wearing a chef’s hat. I was only 20 21 years old at the time.

How kool. Dammit how I miss Doggie Diner, and those delicious chili dogs! My regular Doggie Diner spot was in Alameda on Webster Street, just down from the Alameda and Oakland tube. I heard itâ€™s gone now though? Anyways, kool tattoo.
