		<description>I always thought that this was a lovely example of quirk to show to visiting friends, but I&#039;m very glad that this building is finally being sold.  While I don&#039;t approve of the misuse of Eminent Domain, the Hugo, is a clear example of when Eminent Domain should be used (i.e. holdout landlords with no sentimental attachment to the property who are trying to extort the City / developers are a much bigger pay day.)</description>
