Really cool building. 6th Street is really being changed though and "cleaned up" which usually means the awesome graffiti art, art pieces and even citizens will be covered up and displaced in order to increase land value. While I don't approve of the misuse of Eminent Domain, the Hugo, is a clear example of when Eminent Domain should be used (i.e. holdout landlords with no sentimental attachment to the property who are trying to extort the City / developers are a much bigger pay day.)
