Cyclecide Bike Rodeo hits the road again this year, traveling through the Western United States, for New Belgium Brewing Company’s Tour de Fat 2004 which takes place September through November.

Check out Summer Burkes’ tour diary.

Update from Chicken John:

On October 14th, the Cyclecide Bike Rodeo bus was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer with a full load in Lincoln, NB. The driver had fallen asleep. Piloted by the fearless Jaricho Reese, all 6 tires remained on the pavement. There was only one casualty; the bus. Other than the bus being totaled, noone was injured. A miracle. This did not stop or slow down their tour. They stripped the bus, rented a U-Haul and bought a van from a junkyard and rented a car. They kept going. God bless America. Indeed.
