Thanks for posting Scott. One point of clarification, the Hat Factory was the first ‘full-time’ coworking space. Spiral Muse in the Mission was actually the first place that founder Brad Neuberg hosted coworking 2 days a week. Brad and crew then brought coworking to the Hat Factory in early 2006, where we’ve been doing it ever since.
