Here’s the trailer for the new “Clash of the Titans”, a remake of the classic 1981 film that fetured stop-motion animation by Ray Harryhausen.

It’s scheduled for release on March 26th, 2010.

I know this is suppose to be a serious fantasy action movie and all, but the first few notes of the score are almost exactly the same as the Batman Vanishing scene as was just ruthlessly parodied by College Humor, which has been cracking me up all week…

It certainly is noisier than the original.

NOTHING helps me feel like I’m being transported back to the Perseid dynasty more than a ROCKING SOUNDTRACK with DISTORTED GUITARS and a HEAVY DRUM BEAT! Woohooooooo

Can’t wait to see the movie in cinema. But the trailer makes me a bit fear they took the wrong score componist. This must be kind of an EPIC score, not a rock sound where you expect some street fighting scenes to come up. But maybe it is only the trailer and they finally have Hans Zimmer, Howard Shore, Bill Brown or so doing the right score…
