Pinsane is featuring an amazing panoramic virtual tour of Michael Jackson’s arcade game collection, as well as various Star Wars, comic book and film memorabilia. The items were on display April 19-25, 2009 in Beverly Hills as part of the Julien’s Auctions exhibition of “The Collection of Michael Jackson”.

Star Wars Uncut is a collaborative project where Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope has been chopped up into 15 second clips, which were then claimed by 472 people who now recreating each segment and then uploading them to the project so that they can be stitched together creating a new version of the film.

According to the LA Weekly, it looks like the Tauntaun Sleeping Bag, which was originally an April Fool’s joke by Think Geek, might actually be made for real.

This high-quality sleeping bag looks just like a Tauntaun, complete with saddle, internal intestines and glowing lightsaber zipper pull. Now when your kids tell you their favorite Star Wars movie is “Attack of the Clones” you can nestle the wee-ones snug in simulated Tauntaun fur while regaling them with the amazing tale of “Empire Strikes Back”.

The official Star Wars website has released a web-based soundboard where you can combine a series of sounds and quotes from Star Wars on two channels. While simple for now, Star Wars promises many more features to come. Even without the features, I was able to put together a deep meaningful dialog between Princess Leia and Chewbacca that made my inner 12-year-old giggle (with the help of a timely “Nooo!” from Luke).

Mike Horn, who last year made a great video of Star Wars spacecraft flying around San Francisco, is back with another really cool video, this time it’s of the Death Star (Star Wars) destroying the Starship Enterprise (Star Trek) over San Francisco.

Military force was authorized yesterday minutes after the E.T.’s 48 hour deadline had passed. The E.T.’s, were given an ultimatum to cease all whale poaching and quit Earth.

Since the Dark Side started using genetically modified walkers, they found many had to visit the Imperial Veterinary Clinic of Osteology suffering with acute pain in their hip joints. X-rays revealed their skeleton structure was just not strong enough to manoeuvre wearing those heavy boots. No amount of Cod Liver oil would ease their pain.
