Candid Photos of MOMA Visitors Posing Behind a Projector Screen From a Video Installation

Philip Worthington’s installation “Shadow Monsters” invited MOMA visitors to create shadow shapes with their bodies, which a computer and projector then augmented with fearsome fangs and monster eyes. When photographer Joseph O. Holmes visited the installation last December, he couldn’t help but turn his camera on the museum visitors as they playfully posed. For more photos, see Holmes’ series, “Monsters.”
