Camp Grounded is an all-inclusive summer camp which aims to get adults to trade in their “computer, cell phone, Instagrams, clocks, schedules and work-jargon for an off-the-grid weekend of pure unadulterated fun.” Promised activities include creative workshops, writing sessions, pillow fights, roasted marshmallows, and more. The weekend-long event happens June 14 to 17, 2013 at Camp Navarro in California’s Anderson Valley and is presented by Digital Detox, an Oakland-based organization that hosts tech-free retreats to give people a chance to disconnect from technology “to recharge their mind, body and soul.” Reservations are being taken now.
