Hell yeah Mr. Law!
Good stuff. I am always hunting down any info about this mysterious character (especially in regards to Canzo Empyrean). You are the first person who has written something that knows Fornal personally. Interesting.
Have you seen Canzo?

Here it is...I'm from the Bronx, and I watch this show. No one covers the jewels that the Bronx has to offer quite like the Baron. This show is second to none in covering what people really want. Not only do you get to dive in to some excellent cuisine and explore new worlds of taste and spice, but you get a hearty laugh to accompany what will be an awakening of your culinary consciousness. Pass the Pasteles!

Well Done Baron...Well Done.

OMG, have you seen the christmas episode?! So many "Food Network" shows attempt to be clever or playful while delivering history and facts and just don't pull it off with the genuine authenticity that Bronx Flavor has. We made a road-trip to NYC just to get cuchifritos last month. My view of the city will never be the same.
