The Brides of Frankenstein exhibit is currently on display through October 30th at The San Jose Museum of Art. The Opening Celebration takes place this Saturday, August 6th, from 7pm-10pm.

Join SJMA Members on August 6 as we celebrate the opening of Brides of Frankenstein, an exhibition of experimental work by a new generation of women artists working with video, electronics, robotics, the Internet, computer games and animation, and other digital and traditional media to animate synthetic creatures with virtual life.

Produced by $teven Ra$pa, the opening party includes performance by The Evolution Control Committee, Dr. Friendly, Otis Fodder (of the Bran Flakes), Uncivilized Ladies and wearable inventions and fashion by Galya Rosenfeld and others. Encouraged attire is Monsters, Brides, Mad Scientists, Cyborgs, etc.
