Breaking Bad Actor RJ Mitte Opens Up About Living and Working With Cerebral Palsy

As part of “The Courageous Class” campaign by Kenneth Cole, actor RJ Mitte spoke with Vice about living and working with cerebral palsy, how he was cast in his now-iconic role of Walter White‘s teenage son Walt “Flynn” Junior on Breaking Bad and how he came to realization that he could be an advocate for others.

You probably know actor RJ from his role on Breaking Bad, where he played Walter White’s teenage son, who was living with cerebral palsy. That wasn’t an act—RJ has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy since the age of three, but he hasn’t let that stop him from accomplishing his goals and using his success to help others.
