Borg2 Benefit

Burning Man experimental side project, Borg2, is having a “Meet the Artists” benefit this Saturday, August 6th at Soluna Café starting at 10pm. Seven local artists that have been funded by Borg2 will be there previewing their playa-bound projects, including Mark Perez with part of his Life Size Mouse Trap.

Beginning at 10 pm, the funded artists will be available to meet and greet, and talk about their projects in a special reception featuring hors d’oeuvres, dessert bites and Soluna’s wonderful (cash) bar …

At 11 pm, we loosen up with some funky bossa nova and live performers …

And at midnight, Ryel K of Pink Mammoth fame takes over the turntables so you can move your feet … and the bar is open til 2:00 a.m.
