“BETA” is a short film by filmmaker Jon Lefkovitz (previously) in which a happy couple brings home a rescue dog for their first anniversary, albeit each for different reasons. It isn’t long before they discover that the dog has a talent for communication, but only with the very few and very select people who are able to earn her trust.
