Gavin Free and Dan Gruchy of The Slow Mo Guys made a series spray paint cans explode, documenting the process in beautiful slow motion as the colorful blasts created abstract art. The resulting painting is now up for auction on eBay with 100% of the proceeds going to Extra Life, a 24 hour gaming marathon to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
The slow motion segments were filmed at 2,500 fps using a Phantom Flex4K high-speed camera.
Gav and Dan seem to have lost their paint brushes. However, not all is lost.
