Hey Adam, I was just curious what your thoughts on people using your pictures without attribution where. I notice a few blogs, like this post on TouchArcade (who still haven’t corrected their post), that used your flickr image of the Apple banner but didn’t attribute it or link or anything. So I left comments on these blogs trying to get you a link back and all that, but then I stumbled on Violet’s post regarding photo credits on blogs. So I guess I was wondering, would you prefer link without credit or no link at all. Do you agree with the TinyNibbles commenter who said “Obscurity is a far greater threat than “infringement.””?

Hey Doc Pop. Just tried your sammich the other day at Ike’s. Pure heaven!

All of my photos are Creative Commons. I have them setup that anyone can use them in any form (without any alterations) as long as they credit me.

Those photos were viewed a combined 275 thousand times last week and yes I found them being used EVERYWHERE. I do mind actually but there’s little I can do about it. I’m sure Scott & Violet have this issue more than I do and it’s something any artist deals with (music, film, photography, art) when it’s posted online.

I never considered watermarking my images but I might start.
