I haven’t been keeping up with drum&bass lately, but Hospital is a great record label. Lots of great stuff coming from those guys.

This is most likely a gimmicky track, though- I wouldn’t expect a steady stream of conceptual sample use from this guy. Electronic music producers will use clever samples from time to time, like a busy signal on a phone in a drum and bass track or a chainsaw in a dubstep track.

It IS a really cool track and this guy is probably worth checking out- but not all his tracks are going to be this, well… nerdy.

It’s a canadian collective called The User and they did something similar to this called Symphony #1 and #2 for dot matrix printers.
