Amputee Duck Walks For the First Time With a New 3D-Printed Foot

Boston.com is reporting that the Feathered Angels Waterfowl Sanctuary in Arlington, Tennessee has fitted Buttercup, an amputee duck who was born with a backwards left foot, with a custom 3D-printed webbed foot made by Dr. Shannon McGee. Buttercup walked for the first time with the new foot on June 30, 2013.
