For those who don’t want to watch the video: If the 49ers stadium comes in, if new housing comes in, then they’ll drop in a brewery & bring in tours.
They brought in a full kitchen, completed the bathroom, and outfitted a master bedroom.
Essentially, they’ve done what little they can and are waiting for the market to improve, now four years later.

The castle was sold for $2.09 million. The new owner plans to reopen the brewery, sell the water and open a restaurant. Let’s hope for her sake the neighborhood improves. Condos across the street are selling for $600,000 so she’ll probably do okay.
